Plant Devotion ~ Rose of Jericho
This past weekend I led my first workshop devoted to Rose of Jericho, AKA: Resurrection Flower, Dinosaur Plant, Stone Flower, Doradilla, or Siempre Viva. These are some of the most remarkable plants I’ve ever met … they have such a benevolent presence. Introduction to the Rose of Jericho, Magical Botanical & Ally in Miracles
The Rose of Jericho, or Resurrection Fern is not a well-known plant in the “muggle” world. However, this miraculous botanical does have quite a following in various magical traditions. She is a benevolent, sacred plant with a potent spirit and is said to be an “everlasting” plant with mystical qualities. When given water, she goes from looking like a small, dried up tumbleweed to a lush, green and fragrant beauty, arms open welcoming abundance from all directions and extending generous blessings. This plant is such a sweet ally for when you are ready to “resurrect” any aspect of your life - from finances to health to love.
In this workshop, we will witness the plant in various stages of her dormancy and awakened states and will ceremonially “wake up” a rose together. We will discuss various methods of working with her with intention and you will get to experience her magic for yourself. You will also bring home your very own rose of Jericho plant!
